Everybody loves an SV, and it's a good bet this will be epic.

When's the last time you saw a Lambo with a Gurney flap? Only at a Nürburgring testing session would Lamborghini employ the un-stylish, but functional, aero aid. Clearly the finished product will find a way to spoil the air out back more elegantly, but here's why I don't care that they're mucking up the rear spoiler with flaps of aluminum.
This looks to be the Aventador SV.
It makes sense. Center-lock wheels. Incredibly low-profile rubber. And the Aventador is at a point in its life cycle where the highest-spec, track day-ready SV variant is all but assured.
The other thing I know is, where there's a new high-performance Lamborghini, there will eventually be a great video of it bellowing through its even-larger tailpipes. The Aventador makes lovely noises already, so I can't wait to hear what this thing sounds like.
Best guesses put the debut of this Aventador SV at the Frankfurt Motor Show this fall.
